Room Rate
All rates shown on this website are used for bookings with Think2travel.com only and are not available to book directly with hotels. All room rates are based on a standard booking requested (single, double or triple) and are all inclusive of daily breakfast (unless specify), government applicable tax and service charge but are subject to changed under circumstances such as high or peak seasons and blackout dates.
Room rates shown at the date and time of your booking request in currencies other than Thai Baht are for reference only and maybe subject to changes according to the current exchange rates or fluctuation quoted by our Merchant Bank.
Availability & Instant Confirmation
Receiving a kind cooperation from our partnered hotels, you could get the available room confirmed immediately. Simply book your "Available Now" and print out the hotel voucher for your reference.
Alternative Hotel
In case the hotel you request is fully booked for all room types, we may recommend you an alternative hotel which matches your booking preference and criteria of price or location. This is just a suggestion from us and you are requested to accept this offer by return email for further booking and confirmation procedure.
Room Type
Room types shown vary as per each hotel's agreement. You could choose your preferred room for a reservation, if the room is fully booked, we may offer the next tier for your consideration
Non-Refundable Room Type
This special type of room we offer is the best rate available with conditions applied; i.e. full amount charge for cancellation. Please be well noted; when you select this room, you acknowledge and agree that Think2travel.com will charge your credit card at total amount and you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
Booking Confirmation & Hotel Voucher
Your reservation will only be completed once you receive an email containing booking confirmation from us. It is also a must for you to show your hotel voucher upon arrival. Sometimes there is a matter of internal communication and is a possibility that the hotel staffs couldn’t find your booking record. Presenting them a hotel voucher would simply avoid such unpleasant experience and further annoying circumstance.
Cancellation-Amendment Policies
Any cancellation or amendment request 15 days (or more) prior to the check-in date is free of penalty charge (except High Season, Peak Season, Festival and Holiday). Later than that, the cancellation policies of each particular hotel will be applied, according to each hotel's destination and season.

Payment
Credit Card Charge
When you submit your payment, we will only block your total amount for the reservation you make and we will not charge any unless we receive the hotel’s confirmation letter. We will accordingly charge your credit card once we confirm the booking with the hotel and send you a hotel voucher immediately.
Payment Terms
1. Full Payment
Think2travel will block your total amount and charge your credit card once the hotel confirm the booking.
2. Deposit Payment
Think2travel will only block your deposit and booking fee for your room reservation as shown on your booking summary. Once we receive a conformation from the hotel, we will charge your credit card for the said deposit and booking fee. For the amount due, you are requested to pay directly to the hotel upon your arrival which the hotel may require your credit card information to guarantee the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for any amendment, cancellation or no show subject to penalty fee imposed. The deposit amount will be non refundable
General Terms
Due to our office is based in Bangkok, Thailand thus your credit card will be charge in Thai Bath according to our local bank currency exchange. The rates shown in displayed currency are only for your reference.
Think2Travel.com shall not be liable for, or responsible for any foreign exchange rate risk (rate movements and rate fluctuations) in converting the charge amount to your local currency.
Your credit card statement will show the debit entry under Absolute Travel Solution Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand.
Refund Policy
Think2travel.com is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus cancellation fees (if applicable), back to your credit card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-30 working days for the proceeds to show in your account.
All refund case will be deducted 10% administration fee from refund amount.
Tourist/local/city taxes
Tourist/local/city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included.
Tourist/local/city taxes have to paid directly to the hotel at departure request since it is a legislation of the city. City tax is not included in the rates of bookings made through think2travel.com. It is calculated by the hotel and we do not have any effect on it.
Check In
The check in voucher with your passport must be presented upon check-in at the hotel for check in. Only guests as stated on the The check in voucher are authorized to check in.
Early Check Out
If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights but just incase that the hotel agree to waive off all penalty to our company. Please be advised that you must cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel, otherwise you will not receive any refund.
No Show
In case of any No Show or shorten stay will be non-refundable.
Compulsory Gala Dinner
Almost hotels are compulsory gala dinner during New year, X'Mas and Chinese new year and we cannot waive this off as it is mandatory by the hotel.If you book direct to the hotel, it will be the same.
We will ask you to accept the additional charge for Gala Dinner before proceed the booking as always.
Child Policy and Meal Plan Policy
The children policy varies depend on the particular hotel policy. Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding, In case of compulsory brekfast by the hotel, additional request such an extra bed or breakfast
Our customer service will get back to you by e-mail according to additional cost.
Any child over the age of 12 is considered an adult by the hotel industry and rate for adult charges will be apply.
Pay Cash
Our online reservation system is based on full prepayment by credit card. Should you wish to pay by cash upon arrival, you have to contact the hotel and make the reservation with them directly under their published rate.
Amend Guest Name
As per hotel's policies, All reservations are not allow to change Lead name of booking.
Adhoc Rate
The Hotel may reverting an Adhoc price to our company, This is by the hotel policy where rates are driven by high demand.This may be caused by increased demand over weekends, trade shows or special events.
Adhoc rate will be offer you by e-mail and booking will not proceed until we get your acceptance by e-mail.
Extend you stay
If you would like to extend your stay or increase the number of rooms, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You would find that the rates are different if you contact the hotel directly as the rates provided by Think2Travel are special rates offered only through our website.
Methods of Payment
1. Credit Card
Pay by credit card through our secure payment system on the website. We accept AMEX, Visa Card, Master Card and JCB.
Please note:
When you submit your payment, we will only pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the sufficient funds are available for the reservation you make and we will not charge any unless we receive the hotel's confirmation letter. We will accordingly charge your credit card once we confirm the booking with the hotel and send you a hotel voucher immediately.

After payment, please do not forget to identify your booking reference number on the slip and send us the copy of your bank transfer slip by the following choices:

• Call our agent to acknowledge this payment.
Remark:
• All bank surcharges must be paid by your own responsibility. Please kindly acknowledge transferring the full amount without deduction for any external surcharges.
• Bank transfer option is apply for booking which made at least 7 days prior to check in only for travel agency in Thailand and at least 14 days prior to check in for other.
• In any refund case by bank transfer, All bank surcharges or bank fees must be paid by your own responsibility. Bank fee will deduct from the refund amount automatically.
